Chef Roberto Donna is hosting a series of cooking classes at Laboratorio del Galileo. Each class includes an apron and recipes. Depending on the time of the class, you will eat the food you prepare for lunch or dinner with wine. There are also improvisational cooking classs where Chef Roberto Donna goes to Whole Foods with you to shop for the ingredients for the meal. Class prices range from $100-125. Can't wait to read your review of Olazzo! It's one of my favorite restaurants in Bethesda. It's such a small, cozy place...definitely need to head there with this chilly weather coming upon us.
