Heads up. Galileo Grill is open tomorrow (Thurday) at its usual time of 11:45 AM to 1 PM. It will also be open Wednesday (11/16) and Thursday (11/17) next week.

I've found that ordering ahead can be a bit counterproductive. When you order ahead, they don't prepare it in front of you and they have a tendency to screw up the order.

Wow, what happened to Galileo Grill? I called in an order for a group of friends today. The disappointing results: 1 raw chicken sandwich and several terrible pork shoulder sandwiches. The pork was overcooked, dry and yet greasy. Pieces of the pork were BLACK and CRUNCHY. Finally, though they charged us for broccoli rabe and cheese, they didn't actually put any on the sandwiches. Out of a group of 8 people, only one person wasn't grossed out by their lunch!!!
