If you're smart, as soon as you read this, you'll call David Craig or Passage to India and make a reservation before they're completely booked. Personally, I'm curious about Famoso and Raku which mysteriously showed up in the Washingtonian 100 Best issue this month...

Raku is AMAZING and it's a must whether you're in the Bethesda area or not. The beef carapaccio and the huge bowls of udon noodle soup are two of my favorites. Make a reservation, though, because the location on Restaurant Row in Bethesda (there's one in Dupont too) is ridiculously crowded.
