Just another reminder if you're planning a trip out of the District this summer.
Tacoma Park has the best summer treats going at Summer Delight- an old-style ice creamery.
Woooo!
Taste of Arlington (www.tasteofarlington.com) is also taking place today. It starts at noon on Wilson Blvd. outside the Ballston Commons Mall. Tasting coupons are being sold in books of 6 for $25, and there are at least a few newer restaurants (Tallula, Extra Virgin, Wasabisito) that will be there. I'm planning to head over there shortly.
