Equinox was fantastic last night - the whole Indian connection was cool with Bison (found out it's the same as buffalo!), huckleberries (mini-blueberries), persimmon flavoring, and the chef from the new American Indian Museum, Richard Hetzler...I spoke with him for quite a bit, and it seems that the museum is putting out SERIOUS cuisine, they're managed by Restaurant Associates who manage the Kennedy Center's foodservice as well - expect to see a TasteDC event there sometime next year...Oh, luv the Rachel Ray photo, wonder if it's touched up???

I'm glad it was a good time, and I'll have to try the food at the American Indian Museum.
