Life is good when you add a little kick

I ate of the hottest things I've had in long time last night. I ordered some delivery from Heritage India, and in an effort to change things up a bit from the usual saag gosht or murg makhani, I ordered the lamb vindaloo.

Holy Shit that was hot!

(I still finished it though.)

The lamb was fork tender, which I was very happy about -- the lamb I've been getting around here lately hasn't been the most tender and has more of an overcooked beef texture than lamb.
