I was in Maine this summer and had my first encounter with a lobster pound. I reached a level of gluttony previously unthinkable.

And the next day I did it again.

Sagamore Lobster

We run a lobster pound and the price of lobster is lower than it has been for 20 years. We had to reduce our prices far below any time since we have been selling online.

If your interested in sustainable seafood come check out our site www.oceanconservancy.org/vote4seafood. Whether we simply want to preserve these species, or just want to continue to eat them in the future we are all on the same page on this issue.

I love some of your recipies.

One thing I do to keep grilled lobsters moist is to boil them for 3-4 minutes before splitting them.

Plus, it doesn't cause my guests to freak as much as using a knife to kill them.

Lobsters-Online.Com offers a lobster delivery service at reasonable prices. The lobsters are very well-priced and they are shipped next-day to your home. This is a great service for people who are landlocked and unable to enjoy lobster for a reasonable price elsewhere. They also have great recipes on their website!

Caribbean lobster taste 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 times better than Maine ( our Navy commander friend flew them in fresh frequently to our neighborhood).
This recipe popped up AFTER MY CARIBBEAN LOBSTER inquiry !!
AND, they are NOT 'rock' lobster!!!!
Computer programmer - THIS IS NOT! !!! A MATCH!!

WHO THE HELL BOILS SEAFOOD????

Drew

DO PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN THEY WRITE IN ALL CAPS, THEY COME OFF AS BAT SHIT CRAZY?

Although geo (ironically, all lower case) is right that Caribbean lobsters taste better than Maine, or Canadian, lobsters, he's wrong about rock lobsters. The spiny lobsters that roam warm waters, including the Caribbean, are also known as rock lobsters. All the capitalization in the world won't change that.

Computer programmer, make sure geo knows he's wrong.
